Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Autogard 201-AF3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ameridrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out American-Autogard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bosch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ameridrive such as the 009104001RB8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 201AF3 manufactured by American-Autogard and we are pleased to be able to service most American-Autogard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3842519005 by Manufacturer Bosch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Baldor Brand GR0028A020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Boston such as S72160G equipment made by Boston have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boston products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boston" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 26Q15L14 made by Baldor as well as the popular 80610 original spares produced by Ast

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C053P by Bonfigioli and S72160G spares by Boston are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atek.
